Hello Car shopper, We're sorry to hear that you did not have a stellar experience at our dealership, and we very much appreciate your candid feedback. It seems that our sales rep did not communicate as clearly as she could. Why we could not offer you a better price; the other dealership's vehicle you were comparing did not have an off-road package and the one on our lot did, so unfortunately we were not able to offer a lower rate as the two cars were not "apples to apples." We will make sure to have this communicated more effectively next time, as we certainly do not want to cause undue frustration. In any case, we hope you are happy with your new vehicle, and if you find yourself in the market for another vehicle in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to work with you again.
