I was concerned that I could not get the car I wanted at the price I needed to fit my budget. Rick spent so much time with me and helped get me into the car I wanted at a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. He even walked my son around in the carriage while I was trying to finish up my paperwork. I couldn't reach my insurance company to send over an insurance binder the day I purchased the car, so Rick came to my house to deliver my new car to me so I wouldn't have to make the trip on another day. The dealership is clean and beautiful and efficiently run. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Toyota. More

It was a Pleasure I think we all dread car shopping, and I was no different. I went looking for a new car with my car-knowledgeable, 32-year-old son -- he asked the ca I think we all dread car shopping, and I was no different. I went looking for a new car with my car-knowledgeable, 32-year-old son -- he asked the car questions and I asked the dumb ones. Rockingham Toyota was the 2nd dealer we visited. Joe Klassen was helpful and made a very good impression and he and Josh came up with an attractive lease offer. But we were not ready to commit to anything at that point. Having no preconceived notions or real preference about what kind of car my wife and I would like to acquire, my son and I visited 4 other dealerships after that and contacted 2 more on the internet. There were 11 different car brands represented in our search. One was very high pressure ("Let's get you signed up for this deal NOW"); most couldn't offer anything close to the lease terms at Rockingham; and at one we roamed the new car lot for 20+ minutes without ever encountering a salesman (to be fair, I think they were closed -- but this was 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon!) During the 2 weeks of our search, Joe telephoned a couple of times to stay in touch and see what we were thinking. After test-driving a variety of cars, I came back to re-drive the Corolla -- our original test drive. And then the Camry entered the picture, with even better lease terms than the Corolla, and that settled it. Happy ending. When my wife and I arrived to sign the papers (a process she was absolutely NOT looking forward to) we were treated very courteously and professionally by Terry, who explained everything in a straightforward manner and with no sales pressure. Really happy ending. Overall, I don't think I could have had a better experience and would recommend you talk to Joe at Rockingham the next time you're looking for a new or used car. More

Get Your Act Together I called yesterday to order a new key fob for my Prius. I was told by the service department that no appointment is necessary. The parts department to I called yesterday to order a new key fob for my Prius. I was told by the service department that no appointment is necessary. The parts department told me the same thing. Upon arrival today, I was told that I had to leave the car for the entire day, that an appointment is mandatory. Result: 1. I wasted an hour of my day. 2. I'll have to go to Ira Toyota to get the new fob. 3. I'll never set foot in Toyota of Rockingham again. More

Bob Stabile is a fantastic salesman! Not so much with mgt. I bought a 2015 Corolla from Bob Stabile & he was excellent to work with. His knowledge far surpasses most car salesmen and he is not pushy, which was I bought a 2015 Corolla from Bob Stabile & he was excellent to work with. Josh and Nick Costanza as managers were both fun to talk to. The issue Rockingham Toyota should be aware of is with General Sales Manager David Pickering. He is arrogant and prone to child like tantrums. Mind you, I never personally spoke with the man, as customers never do, but he put on quite the show with his ignorant choice of words loud enough for me to hear him & angrily crunching up a wad of paper a quote was on that I never agreed to the day before. I was stunned that he would exhibit such unprofessional behavior on the sales floor. Wake up Rockingham! We are living in a society where customers know they matter and will not tolerate any aggressive behavior. The rest of the Rockingham team, including Terry Wong was a delight to work with, once I managed to get my turn in the finance office. I was fifth in line, which went past closing hours because they only had two finance people working. Good luck and I wish you many sales at your new address on Route 28!! More
