The Power of Jennifer I have been taking my 2011 Corolla to Rockingham Toyota for the past 3.5 years to handle all my maintenance and care. Everyone is always so friendly and make my trips there very enjoyable, especially Tim Johnson. You will NEVER see this man in a bad mood. He is my favorite in the service department. I remember one time when waiting for an oil change, one of the sales reps offered everyone who was waiting some pizza cause it was lunch time and they were a little backed up. No other dealership would offer you part of their lunch. So when it came time to look at upgrading to a bigger vehicle it was a no brainer to go to Rockingham. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Jen Lilly. Once it was determined that we are both named Jennifer, I knew things were going to go good. I told Jen that I was interested in getting a Highlander but I know that is a big jump in payments from my Corolla. She asked what I thought about a RAV-4 and I told her I am not really interested in that model. Jen then suggested the Venza. I always liked them but have never driven one. She asked me what color I was interested in and within a few minutes there was a beautiful 2015 Magnetic Grey parked out front ready for a test drive. She walked me around the car and showed me all of its great features. There was so much room!!! This was perfect for my three kids and their sports equipment. And who would have ever thought that the LE would have so many cool features. This was a major upgrade from my Corolla LE that had practically nothing. When it came time for the test drive we buckled up and headed down the road. Jen is the coolest person. Nothing is better than feeling completely comfortable with a complete stranger in a confided space. I joked with her when she started going over some other important features/specs about the car, by interrupting her and saying "all that matters is if I look adorable in this car". After that, we just chatted up a storm as if I was taking a cruise with one of my closest friends. She totally got my personallity. To be able to know how to adjust your personality to your customer's is a great asset to have for a salesperson. Jen did this flawlessly. As far as the Venza, I immediately feel in love with it. I could not imagine not having it as my next vehicle. After we got back to dealership I told her what I was willing to put for a down payment and what I wanted for a monthly payment. I got exactly what I wanted!!! After my time with Jen, I got to finish the paperwork with Scott Miranda. He was another great person to work with. I am so excited about my new Venza, I seriously can not wait to pick it up!!! I would recommend Rockingham Toyota to everyone. They are the only people that I will ever trust to touch my cars, and now it looks like they are the only dealership I will ever go to for my new vehicles. More

I bought my first brand new car the beginning of January of this year. I am not car-savvy and did not really know what I was getting myself into, all that I knew was what kind of car that I wanted. It was quite the emotional experience but with the help of Jay, he made my first time experience (in the end) so exciting! He was so knowledgeable about Toyota and all the key features that the RAV4 supplied. I was pretty much already sold on the type of model but he helped me to understand why it is the best model to choose. I truly felt like he cared about me as a person and not just as a "customer". He helped me get the best deal and I even got some free floor mats with my car! (Which has been so helpful during this messy winter.) I would not have changed anything about my experience working with Jay! Highly recommended! More

He provided me with all the information I needed to decide the Rav 4 was still the perfect car for me. Once I was ready the credit experience was just a easy~ I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Wong in finance and he explained the contract line by line and it was done in no time....it felt like we were old friends by the time I left. I appreciate all that was done to make this experience simple, fast and easy and actually very exciting!! Thanks to Rick the car delivery was made a wonderful experience with him explaining every detail of the car to me. He took the time to show and explain every button, check the seatbelts, put in the rubber floor mats and even connected my iPhone to the touchscreen so I was ready to go! Bob listened very carefully to what kind of car I really liked, and the options I would like to have on it. He has obviously vast expertise on many vehicles. My adult son came by later and was very impressed. (And he doesn't impress easily). I thought I would be getting another Corolla, but I wound up with a pristine used Scion tc that I absolutely love! Now my son is considering buying a Toyota! Bob, and the other people I dealt with at the dealership-- Scott Miranda and Andrew Alves ---made it THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR! They are all friendly, courteous, professional people who really listen to you! The respectful treatment and prompt service given me and my son was par excellence.
