After talking with him he knew the perfect car that would fit for what I was looking for and seemed like he had a genuine interest in finding me what fit best. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, and i'd go back to him again. With closing the deal a man named Andrew came over who was really great dealing with me and my dad. He was super friendly, knew a ton about the business and was willing to take the time to explain things to help me understand. A+ for him! Lastly- we met with Scott in the business office to do all the numbers. He's been in the business for a while so it was great to work with him. Rick Titus was the one who sold me the car and he was very pleasant to deal with. He is very straight-forward and didn't push me to do anything that I didn't want to do. And he followed through with any condition that he set. Overall, he is a good salesperson and I would deal with him again in the future. I would recommend him to everybody! I also had a very good experience with Terry Wong, in finance. He was the nicest finance person that I have ever met to date! When I bought this car, I bought it in all cash. And when I met Terry, he was aware of that. But not once did he try to pressure me into getting a loan or anything. I have had bad experiences with finance people at other dealerships who get rude if you don't finance a car. However, with Terry, that was not the case. It was a smooth process with him. More

He mentioned all the used cars under $10,000, and the 09' Chevy with only 53,000 miles on it caught my eye. We went there to test drive it and I instantly fell in love. We then went and talked to Scott Miranda. My credit isn't the best but after 4-5 days of Scott trying his hardest to get me into this car, I got approved! If it wasn't for Rick Titus and Scott Miranda with their excellent customer service skills, I wouldn't have a car right now. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody! More
