Surprising I went to Rockingham Toyota because a co worker said that he had a good experience there. I had just come off one of the worst car buying experiences I went to Rockingham Toyota because a co worker said that he had a good experience there. I had just come off one of the worst car buying experiences with a local Chevy dealer. I explained this to the staff at Rockingham, they said that I would have a much better experience working with them, they were right. I picked the vehicle that I wanted, no pressure to buy something I didn't really want. Bob Stabile was excellent, every step of the way. I being someone who has less than perfect credit, and my previous experience at Chevy I was not confident that deal would get done. However Scott Miranda worked his magic and I got the car I wanted, at a great rate and at a lower payment than I thought possible. Made for a great start to the new year. Great job and thank you! While doing our research, we learned that Rockingham Toyota scored high marks and Jen Lilly’s name frequently appeared in our search; so when I called to schedule an appointment ahead of time I asked for her. Jenn was immediately in tune with my thoughts on what I ‘thought’ we were looking for, we exchanged contact information and made the appointment. I don’t think either Rick or I have any negative things to say about anything during the whole purchase experience. Everyone was welcoming, of course as they should or you would expect in a sales setting, but everyone went out of their way to make the whole buying experience comfortable. Jen’s knowledge of the vehicles we looked at was exceptional! She was able to show us a small variety that was all totally inline of what we wanted. The rest of the experience continued to run the same, and we can’t imagine anyone going to Rockingham Toyota and asking for Jen would be anything but 100% satisfied!
