The car was for my daughter, and she was the customer. Bob went to great lengths explaining the differences between the Corolla and the Camry as well as the distinctions between models. As importantly, he discussed the differences between the Toyota products and Honda/VWs without maligning the competitors' products. It was all very professional and educational. He spoke to my daughter as she was the customer which made her feel like an adult. The experience was a positive for all of us. We initially tried a larger Toyota dealer whose salesman was not nearly as informative, professional or interested in our business. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone. More
