Excellent Customer Service My husband and I had been looking for a 4x4 vehicle that would do well in the Rocky Mountains. We did our research, knew the vehicles we were targeting, knew what we should be paying for them, and started searching. We test drove these vehicles at many dealerships and not one would work with us. Then I sent an email to Rick Titus at Rockingham Toyota about a vehicle that they had in their inventory and surprisingly (after our experiences with the other dealerships), Rick worked with us. Rick was honest and forth coming. We agreed on the terms of the deal quickly and from that time to the time that we walked out of the dealership with the keys, everything went fast and smoothly. We took the truck to our own mechanic to have it checked out and was told that we had an absolute gem of a vehicle. This tells me that Rockingham Toyota sells quality vehicles. I would highly recommend dealing with Rick Titus and Rockingham Toyota. Our experience was exceptional. More

As soon as we arrived looking for a car to buy we were greeted by agent Bob Stabile who was very friendly and professional throughout our buying/ shopping experience. We found a car I was interested in and I ended up buying it. Never at any point did I feel pressured into buying from Bob or any other member of the staff. Great Dealership: New College Grads! After looking at many other dealerships around the Derry/Salem, NH area my Mom and I went to Rockingham Toyota and worked with Tony. Having just gradu After looking at many other dealerships around the Derry/Salem, NH area my Mom and I went to Rockingham Toyota and worked with Tony. Having just graduated college, I didn't have the biggest budget to work with but needed a reliable, economical car to commute to work every day. The entire staff was very friendly and patient as I weighed all my options and brought other family members in to test drive the car. Although the 2007 Camry was out of my budget, the staff worked with me to bring down the price to a more affordable range. I am so happy I chose to spend a little more on my Camry instead of buying a cheaper, lower quality car. I've had the car for two weeks now and have loved driving it every second! It has great gas mileage and everything I need to start my professional career. I'm so glad I came to Rockingham and was able to work with these amazing salespeople. They were respectful of my budget and never tried to scam me or make me rush into a decision. They knew the quality of their cars would bring me back without their badgering or persuasion.
