Unparalleled and Professional Customer Service Cars don't really interest me that much, and I live in Massachusetts, but my wife started taking our Toyota here for service about 4 years ago, and we Cars don't really interest me that much, and I live in Massachusetts, but my wife started taking our Toyota here for service about 4 years ago, and we were immediately blown away by how well they took care of us. I actually looked forward to coming here for service, shooting the breeze with any and all of the employees, or bringing my laptop and working while enjoying fresh cookies on one of their many leather couches. We ended up buying another Toyota from them a year later, and were totally satisfied. Then we sold our original Toyota to this same dealership, and a few days later our second Toyota was totaled in a freak accident. We went right back and bought another car from them. They were always friendly, clear, and up front about service or sales, and even advised us against overspending when we were overly eager to repair or replace things as a preventative measure. My only regret is that now we are moving to New York, and can't imagine ever finding such a great dealership again. More

Excellent Customer Service My husband and I had been looking for a 4x4 vehicle that would do well in the Rocky Mountains. We did our research, knew the vehicles we were targeting, knew what we should be paying for them, and started searching. We test drove these vehicles at many dealerships and not one would work with us. Then I sent an email to Rick Titus at Rockingham Toyota about a vehicle that they had in their inventory and surprisingly (after our experiences with the other dealerships), Rick worked with us. Rick was honest and forth coming. We agreed on the terms of the deal quickly and from that time to the time that we walked out of the dealership with the keys, everything went fast and smoothly. We took the truck to our own mechanic to have it checked out and was told that we had an absolute gem of a vehicle. This tells me that Rockingham Toyota sells quality vehicles. I would highly recommend dealing with Rick Titus and Rockingham Toyota. Our experience was exceptional. More

As soon as we arrived looking for a car to buy we were greeted by agent Bob Stabile who was very friendly and professional throughout our buying/ shopping experience. We found a car I was interested in and I ended up buying it. Never at any point did I feel pressured into buying from Bob or any other member of the staff. Bob did a great job and even knocked down the price without any hassle or pressure. I recommend Bob as an agent and I can see why Rockingham Toyota has been rated so highly over the past years.
