From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Nelson Pena. He was very polite and courteous and was willing to answer any questions we may have had. He was very informative on the different models/options that were available depending on our likes and interests. The sales manager (Rob Marcoux) was a pleasure to work with. He presented us numbers we could work with and afford based on our current situations and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. They really care about their customers and really want to make sure they are happy not only with the car purchase but financially as well. Jonathan Pavnick (finance) was great to work with. He was very easy to talk to and very down to earth. He made the usual 'dreaded of signing papers' actually fun. He worked very hard to get us the best rates and our payments were actually lower than initially anticipated which was even better. After buying a new Corolla and Prius, Nelson gave us a follow up call to see if we were still happy with our purchases and if we ever needed anything that Rockingham is there for us. If you want a great car buying experience I would really recommend Rockingham Toyota. I really like how they treated us, we didnt feel like a number but they really care about making their customers happy. This dealership gets 5 stars hands down. More
