I have a high regard for Toyota products due to prior experience with my 2002 Toyota Sequoia but not even that prepared me for the ease of which Jen got me into my new 2014 Venza. By far, this car purchase was the most efficient and enjoyable I've ever experienced. From my first phone call during which I expressed interest not only in this model, but also my preference for a difficult to locate color, Jen was engaged and responsive. In less than two days she secured the vehicle in the desired color; the next day I drove my new Venza home. Jen took her time with me and my wife teaching us the nuances of all the technology features Toyota offers in this model, she made sure we met the rest of the Rockingham Toyota team, and she emphasized her dedication to follow-up customer service by ensuring that we could contact her at any time for help and guidance. This review would not be complete without mention of Scott Miranda, the finance manager. Since this was my first car lease I was somewhat unsure of the options available to me. He answered all my questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and guided me to a favorable lease arrangement. First class experience I drove here from over 3 hours away in a different state because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Rick was kind enough to come in hours early I drove here from over 3 hours away in a different state because they had the vehicle I was looking for. Rick was kind enough to come in hours early from his normal shift to accommodate my schedule and it worked out for the best in the end. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted and they were able to take my car in on trade without too much of a hassle on either side. The car was missing something when I arrived and before I drove it home for the day they had already contacted the previous owner and sent someone to that location to retrieve the missing item for me. We were greeted by Bob Copley, a member of their sales team. He should us a couple of cars we had seen from the road that we had wanted to look at. When we realized they were not what we were looking for, he asked if we would like to see any of the other pre owned inventory. We found a car we really liked. Bob was the most laid back no pressure sales man that I have ever dealt with. While working on that deal, I saw a tacoma I liked. Bob and the sales manager Rob Marcoux put together a great deal for us. So we purchased both vehicles. Then we were introduce to Scott Miranda in the finance department. He's a great guy who looks like an ex patriots linebacker. But he floats over two keyboards so quickly that two computers can't keep up with him. Scott put together a finance and warranty package for each vehicle that were outstanding.
