Found the vehicle I wanted Every other dealer tried selling me a vehicle off their lot despite the fact that I told them I didn't need or want all of the expensive options inc Every other dealer tried selling me a vehicle off their lot despite the fact that I told them I didn't need or want all of the expensive options included.  Rob immediately looked at other dealer inventory and found the vehicle I wanted, and then added the few minor options it was missing.  He went the distance no other dealership offered to make sure that I would be happy with my vehicle, and wasn't forced to pay for options I didn't need. Everyone at the dealership was VERY friendly!  I had spoken with Cheryl on the phone, and she made a point of coming around to meet me when I went in to buy my vehicle. Jennifer did a very thorough walk thru with me, making sure  all of my questions were answered. Bill handled the preliminary sales agreement, and didn't hesitate to call Rob over to go over questions about pricing.  I really liked that I could speak directly to the person making the price decisions rather than having to have the salesperson run back and forth with negotiations.  And I didn't have to struggle with them to get the price I wanted. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced! More

Nelson Pena - A Truly Excellent Experience I just leased a new 2014.5 Camry from Rockingham Toyota. I have to say it did not go exactly as I would have liked it to go. I could go on about the c I just leased a new 2014.5 Camry from Rockingham Toyota. I have to say it did not go exactly as I would have liked it to go. I could go on about the challenges I had to overcome to finally lease the car but I really don't think anyone would want to read a review full of my ranting about issues that all worked out in the end. I'm just going to leave it at the experience was mixed. What was unusual about the experience was the Sales Associate we worked with. I called ahead and asked to speak with someone in sales. I was directed to Nelson Pena. I told Nelson I was short on time but still wanted to stop by and look at a couple of different vehicles. When I arrived Nelson had the vehicles parked out front ready to go. We ended up spending more time than we had expected and looked at a half dozen more options and test drove a few. Nelson was the most accommodating Sales Associate I've ever dealt with. In the past 25 years I've purchased 7 or 8 vehicles and remember all the Sales Associates, I have my story for each, they say you never forget really bad or traumatic experiences :). Nelson was pleasant, patient and put no pressure on us whatsoever. Nelson helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Nelson is a true professional. Nelson will be remembered for a good long time as I plan on paying him a visit every few years. I have a Doctor that I refer to as "my Doctor". I have a Dentist that I refer to as "my Dentist". They are professionals that I've come to trust. I never thought I'd say this about a car Sales person but now I have one that I can call my own. Nelson Pena will be referred to as "my car sales person" for as long as he's selling cars. Thank you for all your excellent help and hard work! More

From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Nelson My boyfriend and I couldn't be more pleased with the way we were treated at Rockingham Toyota. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Nelson Pena. He was very polite and courteous and was willing to answer any questions we may have had. He was very informative on the different models/options that were available depending on our likes and interests. The sales manager (Rob Marcoux) was a pleasure to work with. He presented us numbers we could work with and afford based on our current situations and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. They really care about their customers and really want to make sure they are happy not only with the car purchase but financially as well. Jonathan Pavnick (finance) was great to work with. He was very easy to talk to and very down to earth. He made the usual 'dreaded of signing papers' actually fun. He worked very hard to get us the best rates and our payments were actually lower than initially anticipated which was even better. After buying a new Corolla and Prius, Nelson gave us a follow up call to see if we were still happy with our purchases and if we ever needed anything that Rockingham is there for us. If you want a great car buying experience I would really recommend Rockingham Toyota. I really like how they treated us, we didnt feel like a number but they really care about making their customers happy. This dealership gets 5 stars hands down. More
