Our sales man just had excuses for why I couldn't look at the cars that we found online that morning. He wouldn't even walk around because his feet hurt too much. What topped it off was when we noticed a car that we would possibly have bought that day they said the keys were missing. After that I looked at what Rockingham Toyota had online and called to make sure everything that was online was actually on the lot and able to be looked at. Rick answered the phone and was very helpful from the start. He understood what I wanted and made sure I got a nice car. Rick wasn't pushy at all, which was great since everywhere else we went the salesmen were jumping on us before we got out of the car. I picked up my car a few days ago and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a car I would 110% recomend Rockingham Toyota and make sure you ask for Rick. More

Right from my first step in the dealership until I was finished signing paperwork and driving my vehicle off the lot everyone involved were great. Rick, my salesman was super friendly and went way over the top making my buying experience awsome. When I arrived the day of pick up he went the extra mile by taking a couple extra minutes to go outside and make sure my new vehicle was spotless before I saw it.
