I went on-line checking out Rockingham Toyota based on a notice that was sent out by Rockingham looking to offer me a good deal on my used Highlander Hybrid. I was instantly called by Rockingham, when I registered on-line. I went to Rockingham and found myself connected with Bob Copley and the manager. The price I received for my trade was excellent based on my research working with other dealers. I was very impressed with Bob Copley throughout the entire sales process. When I went to pickup my new Highlander Hybrid, Bob walked me through the manuals and I sign the paperwork working with Scott. Bob walked me around the shop to meet all the employees that I would find myself dealing with in the future. Everyone was very friendly and wished me the best with my new SUV. I sat in my new SUV with Bob as he showed me a number of features. I was impressed that Bob took the time to setup a number of features for me. Bob told me if I needed any help with anything on the Highlander just stop in and they will help me. From what I seen, Rockingham Toyota has a very strong friendly team. Jen Lilly was very knowledgeable and spent ample time explaining features (even ones I didn't ask about). It was getting late in the day and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Scott (in financing) was also exceptional in his demeanor and customer service. The lady I talked with on the phone (Cheryl) who made an appointment for me with Jen, greeted me when I got to the dealership and was very welcoming and thanked me for coming in. Before I left the dealership, the manager of used sales met with me and we conversed for a short time. I felt very appreciated and will highly recommend that dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

What a fantastic experience! The difference between Rockingham Toyota and most other dealers is night and day. I was treated with respect and never felt manipulated into making a rushed decision. Rick and Chris were very knowledgeable and honest about the pros/cons of different vehicle features. Price negotiations started way below the sticker price and did not require hours of haggling to get down to a good price. The color of Corolla I wanted was not on the lot, so Rick and Chris arranged for it to be delivered to the dealership at no extra cost. They wanted to be sure I got the exact car I wanted, and did not try to convince me to choose a different color. While the paperwork was being filled out, Rick was very communicative and sent me updates every day on the status of the process. The financing process was very straightforward—Scott walked me through everything, clearly explained each document, and answered all my questions. Honestly, this is what a car dealership should be. Buying a car should be an exciting, pleasurable experience and not a stressful one. I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough. More

We planned on going to Rockingham Toyota today just to look at a Venza up close. We had not even totally sold ourselves on purchasing any car, and definitely had not planned on a Toyota. Chris suggested ad-ons and explained the cost/benefit of each. John took us through the financials. It was all so easy. My experience started with cars.com. They lead me to a Chevy Equinox that your dealership had for sale. I made an inquiry about it an Rick Titus had called very promptly and pleasantly. My husband and I happened to be driving by that evening and we figured we would stop just to try to get a closer look at the SUV. I have to say, I was a little nervous going into the dealership. I was not expecting to actual go in until next day, due to the fact in was getting a little late. However, I am thrilled we did. A gentleman named Richard came right out with a grand smile and welcomed us. Asked us if we needed any assistance. I told him I had called early and spoke Rick, about and Equinox. He laughed and shook our hand stating it was him that I spoke with, I was happy that I didn't have to go through he whole question an answers. We sat down With Rick Titus and he talked some numbers with us and let us take the Chevy for a test drive, actual he almost insisted. He said that I should definitely try it. It was very clean, drove beautifully. So, we did. I was secretly sold. He asked me If I had any other questions and I said yes, just one. Lets talk price. Again, He shine that grand smile, he showed me some options and worked with me until we were at workable numbers. Then told me that Jon Pavnick is in charge of financing. Rick introduced us and he was a gentle giant. He talked to me like a normal person. Which I respect. He worked some numbers with me, and made sure I understood all the charges. Jon worked with the banks and got me approved. He explained all the percentages, the extra coverage that would benefit me, and some that won't. I was impressed with the whole procedure. Rick is very charismatic, He made me very comfortable and at ease. Jon is an honest man. That is hard to find to find in people. I am glad I chose to go in...
