I went to Rockingham Toyota knowing that they have a very good community reputation, I've seen the owner written up in the newspaper now and then for some of his good will dealings. Once I pulled into the lot, 1 of the salesmen who was busy with another customer, greeted me with a friendly hello, then I went in the showroom, I'm then greeted by Rob the Sales Mgr, who then asks me what I want/need in a car. He then refers me to Bill, one of his top salesmen. After more than an hour of time passing by, I get told that my monthly premium on a lease would be incredibly high; my bank just told me that my credit score is EXCELLENT, and Rockingham gives me a quote on a lease that would fit someone with really bad credit and driving record. My driving record is SPOTLESS. Excellent credit and driving history don't mean squat at this place... This was the best car buying experience I could have imagined. My boyfriend bought a new car from Rockingham Toyota a few months ago, and we had such a great experience then, that we couldn't have imag imagined. My boyfriend bought a new car from Rockingham Toyota a few months ago, and we had such a great experience then, that we couldn't have imagined going anywhere else when I needed to lease my new car. We live in Boston, and made the trip up to NH for both of our cars. Jen was so helpful, she answered every single one of my one million questions, even at 9pm. She made leasing my first car easy and fun, rather than stressful and scary. When I picked up my car, she even sat in the car with me for a solid 30 minutes, explained all of the systems, and helped me hook my phone up with the Entune audio system, bluetooth, navigation, everything!
