He also got me a great interest rate, low for a used car and someone who has never had a long term loan before (3.9% !!) and a monthly payment I can easily afford. Great guy to work with. Our experience with Jennifer Lilly was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend her as a car salesperson to EVERYONE we know. When we returned to the dealership to test drive the car for the 2nd time, she knew when we were coming and had the car warmed up and ready to go --- this is just one example of this. In addition, the dealership had a delay in receiving the body side moldings because of snow storms so there was a delay in picking-up my car. Because I was trading in my car the registration had already be switched so Jennifer gave me a ride home. We were also pleased to work with Chris. He made everything very easy and pleasant. In addition to the trade of the Honda CRV, he also agreed to put seat warmers in my husband's Toyota Tundra. (When I had to drop the truck off Jennifer again gave me a ride home as my car was not ready!) Chris was very friendly, and honest ---- something we have never had the opportunity to experience from the finance people at car dealerships! With all this being said, we had a favorite car salesman at another Toyota dealership who we had bought 2 cars from and by chance decided to take a look at Rockingham Toyota when we met Jennifer. She has now become our FAVORITE salesperson and we would definitely buy from her again. I have told everyone I know to go see her the next time they are in the market for a car.
