I am a repeat customer. I have purchased other Toyotas from here as well as referred friends and family. I have not purchased a new car in five years and the place has changed. A lot of good energy, the reason for this is because there seems to be a very good team in place. The first person was Chris the SM who referred me to Nelson Pena who is a solid individual, very good product knowledge and if I had a question that needed to go above him he was very prompt in getting me a answer. I spoke and worked with all three managers Jeremy, Chris, and Robert. Jeremy worked with Nelson and I to finish the deal up. But in the process I spoke to all of them and hey were very helpful to me and you can see how good they work with the sales team. That is probably the reason it is like a team on the floor not all individual players. A good example of this was I was picking up my new car this evening and when taking off my plates the front one needed a Philips screwdriver and Nelson had to run in to look for one and he asked a women sales person and she ran in and got a screwdriver and took it off for us. That was very nice and a time saving. I guess from this I will return and refer my friends. Thank you Rockingham team for a good experience. More

She was able to match the price from the other dealer (Jaffarian) and get us the price we wanted for our trade in. Rockingham didn't have the color we wanted so it had to come from another dealership, and even with that delay we still got our new car in less than week.
