Thanks for your feedback. I apologize for the confusion with the demo vehicle. Robin was unaware that the vehicle had any miles on it. We certainly should have known that before a price was discussed on that particular vehicle. When your wife come in we did offer her an additional discount off the vehicle due to it having the 4,000 miles on it. We failed to mark the vehicle in our inventory as a demo, and for that we sincerely apologize to you and your wife. If you haven't purchased a vehicle yet, I would like to offer you an additional $250 off the deal for any new vehicle. Please let me know if I could be of assistance. There was no offer for additional discount on demo salesman stated it was new when questioned end of story. Discount figures were off to begin with from what Robin quoted and salesman tried to pressure her to sign saying that was the best price and Robin must have made mistake with the incentives. Salesman refused to call me when my wife questioned price and stated "i do not do phone sales" All we should have had to discuss was trade. If your price on trade was good we would have signed and drove. Instead I feel I went back to the 1900s with extremely poor deceitful sale tactics. I did not call Chris for additional discount I called Chris because I have not experienced this poor level of service in a long time and felt he should know. I buy two cars every 60,000 miles when the cost of tires equal sales tax and have not been so disappointed in a long time.

Hello Jeffrey. Sorry I took me a couple days to respond to you last message. I apologize again for the salesman not knowing it was a demo at the very beginning. I met with Bob and Chris to review the numbers that were presented to your wife and to get every detail I could. We did give your wife an option of several other Highlanders with no miles, but she really like the demo. We offered an additional $1,413 off of that vehicle due to the miles. I'm really sorry that you felt that we had deceitful sales tactics, we do not do business like this, and if your wife felt like we did at all, I would be happy to hear from her. Ryan, Did you even read my email? I am done bought vehicle from other dealer. Your sales man refused to call me and the discount you speak of was never offered on paper or verbal. Your either being lied to or your part of the problem you decide only you know the answer. On my end we will continue to tell all about our experience with your dealership and the one we bought from and let all the future Toyota buyers decide where they want to do business.
