I recently purchased a Certified Used Toyota RAV4 from Rockingham Toyota. Terry Wong and Jenn Lilly were very friendly and helpful. This was the second car that I purchased in two months and the second time was just as good as the first. I enjoyed the car buying experience at this dealership more than any other one that I have done bu and the second time was just as good as the first. Jennifer Lilly was a pleasure to work with , she goes out of her way to make the customer comfortable. Also I found her very knowledgeable about the car that I purchased. She take a personal interest in the customer to make sure they are comfortable with the ins and outs of the vehicle and the sale of the car. The finance dept is also a pleasure to work with. I have dealt with quite a few dealers over the years and I have left them wondering if I got a good deal or was I double talked, I am happy to say that this definitely was not the case in my two new car purchases at Rockingham Toyota. Just got home with our shiny new RAV4 and I must say, this is the first time I've ever had a pleasant experience buying a car. Everybody at Rockingham was a pleasure but Jen was outstanding. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and always respectful of our needs and budget limitations. Not once did we feel pressured or pitched. Negotiations were a breeze and we got a price we're very happy with. Jen even set up the technical features of the car for us before we drove it off the lot. She also volunteered to pick us up at home so we could finish the transaction: Astounding. We visited several local dealerships before settling on a choice and while every other salesperson we talked with gave us the creeps one way or the other, dealing with Jen was like dealing with a friend. The only downside we experienced was that the first Sunday afternoon we dropped by the dealership was so busy we decided to walk out and come back another day. But I'm glad we did. There's a reason the place is so mobbed: They're great at what they do. We'll be back when our other aging car finally gives up the ghost. (But not on a Sunday.) More

Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make car buying (which is normally such a tedious and overwhelming task) quick, easy, and satisfying. They didn't try to over sell me, they got me exactly what I wanted and I drove off with my new car the very next day. Amazing.
