I chose Rockingham Toyota primarily because I reside in Salem and I prefer to do business in town. Upon arrival for our appointment, we were introduced to a friendly and knowledgeable employee (Markus) who offered to assist us while the assigned sales representative (Bob Stabile) was with another customer. We looked at a few models and then took one out for a test drive. Markus was very pleasant and helpful and left us with a positive impression. I received a text message the next day advising me to call the dealership to receive pricing information about two new vehicles and also about the trade-in value of our 2007 RAV4. Eventually, I was able to reach an agreement with Marc Smith regarding a purchase price for a 2013 Toyota RAV4. The evening we arrived to pick up our new car was also very positive. The car exceeds all of our expectations and my wife is very pleased with the options and advanced features. The salesperson (Bob Stabile) was extraordinarily helpful and went over all of the vehicle's options including pairing my wife's cell phone using the car's bluetooth capability. Yesterday my family took delivery of our 4th Toyota from Rockingham, a 2013 RAV-4 Limited. Each time we have worked with this dealership, they have jumped through hoops to get us the vehicle we wanted in a Rockingham, a 2013 RAV-4 Limited. Each time we have worked with this dealership, they have jumped through hoops to get us the vehicle we wanted in a price range that fit our budget. With two children ages 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 years old, our schedules are very chaotic and unpredictable. They were very flexible with scheduling our appointments. During one of our visits, we had both children with us and the staff was great - letting them explore the cars in the show room, giving them chocolate chip cookies and something to drink, and putting up with their general toddler antics. Rockingham was very flexible with our needs and gave us a phenomenal deal on both our trade in as well as the new vehicle. David Turturro was a pleasure to work with and we plan on seeing him again next spring when we trade in my husband's Tundra at the end of his lease. Having a young family himself, he was very patient with us and our rambunctious kids. We will always be a Toyota family! More

In brief, I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone I know who is interested in buying a Toyota or Scion. She is not the typical salesperson that I am accustomed to (loud, pushy etc). My first visit I met with Josh Shepard. I fully intended on purchasing another Sienna but saw a Prius V in the showroom. I had hear dof the Prious but never the Prius V. I test drove both vehicles. He was sensitive to our needs and our concerns for safety with an autistic child. He encouraged us to bring our son in to go on a test drive. We did that the nest day but josh was not working. We met with Jennifer Lilly who was outstanding. She undertood our concerns for safety and appropriately interacted with our son. She, too had a great knowledge of the Prius V. I purchased the vehicle from her and have since been in touch with her a couple of times for questions. She responds very quickly and you never feel like you are bothering her. She does not forget about you after the sale. She explained all of the features of the car, set up the entune and the blue tooth.
