I can't call her a salesperson because she didn't try to sell us anything; she just worked with us to make sure that we had the vehicle that made sense for us. We got an excellent price and couldn't be happier with the price and the service. The whole Rockingham experience was great - from being greeted when we walked in right through the financing, closing of the sale and pick up of the car. No one tried to sell us extras and add-ons and Rockingham took care of getting the insurance binder from our agent and going to the Registry of Motor Vehicles for us. Once we picked up the car Jen gave us her personal cell # in case we had any questions. Just a great expeience. More

I researched and visited more than a dozen dealerships in a weeks time because my car was in an accident and totalled by another driver. It was critical that I replace the car ASAP because of my work. Luck a weeks time because my car was in an accident and totalled by another driver. I was pleased to meet Jennifer Lilly and spend some time with her. I have very specific health issues that make getting into a standard auto almost impossible because they are low to the ground. She listened to my tale of woe and suggested a pre-owned Highlander as being a good fit for me both physically and financially. After a test drive and a sit down going over the numbers, I ended up purchasing it. I didn't feel the pressure here that I had dealt with at other dealerships and even some of the privately owned places. I was allowed to make my own decision purely by my needs; not theirs. I would not hesitate sending anyone I know who is in the market for a good new or used car to Rockingham Toyota Scion and Jen Lilly in particular. Happy Shopping! More

I decided to give Toyota a try because I was really unhappy with the experience I had at what used to be IRA Nissan of Tewksbury. Even though I had a pre scheduled appointment, I was extremely surprise unhappy with the experience I had at what used to be IRA Nissan of Tewksbury. Even though I had a pre scheduled appointment, I was extremely surprised and impressed when Marc (the sales manager) was there to give me the red carpet treatment and welcome me to the dealership. Now that's what customer service really ought to be. The moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands and knew my experience was going to be positive one, unlike many other car dealerships that I had been to before. A lot of them feed you a BS and won't let you leave until you buy something. Rockingham Toyota isn't like that at all. Marc is a true professional- he's very straight forward, has a lot of integrity, and has a great sense of humor. Josh, the sales representative that assisted me, was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and provided me with great customer service. He really cared about getting me exactly what I wanted. The owner's son Ryan came out to personally say hello to me and make sure that I was getting great service. His dog Brodie walks around the dealership and is so adorable. How can you go wrong with an animal friendly business? I left as a happy owner of a brand new orange Prius. I've never in my life been a car enthusiast, but I really really love this car. It fits my needs and my personality so well. I'm very happy with my experience with Rockingham Toyota and would recommend them to anyone needing a new or used car. More

My elderly mother totaled her car which lead us to about 5 different dealerships. We did look at some other cars she was interested in at other dealerships, but there was always someone nipping at her heels 5 different dealerships. We did look at some other cars she was interested in at other dealerships, but there was always someone nipping at her heels, or shadowing her just to make the sale, besides the fact that they thought they were preying on a little Old Lady with white hair until they realized her son ( I ) was with her...There was always some other MAJOR turn off too like, no warranty or they didn't want to pay for the carfax, and so on . Anyway I knew that Rockingham Toyota had a solid reputation and I checked to see if they were accredited with the Better Buisness Bureau. They are, and they have an A+ rating to boot. With that, I brought my mom into Rockingham Toyota's Dealership and she was approached in a nice, patient manner by a saleswoman named Jennifer. There were no aggressive sales folk runnig her down. just a polite, easy going person..Turns out she found a 2005 Toyota Camry my mom was very interested in. We did not drive it that day but we went back a few days later and met up again with our sales woman Jennifer Lilly. I am not one for writing big reviews but I figure the people involved in this entire process deserve some credit. Jennifer was great with my mom. After she had given my mom some lessons on how to operate some of the cars gadgets, she made sure my mom was secure and comfortable in the drivers seat and off we went for a test ride. My mother loved the car and she did end up buying it. My mother also got a 90 day warranty and the sales manager ( Art , I believe ) told my mother that she could bring the car to any independent mechanic and get it checked out top to bottom. So all in all, my mother is extremely happy with the car. The patience and service Jennifer offered my mom as her saleswoman was just great. I myself and my Mom were really Impressed with the overall process of buying a car at Rockingham Toyota. I don't know about other older folks but my mom is very nervous when it comes to making a somewhat large investment, this was made a lot easier for everyone involved due to the outstanding service we encountered. I do not know any of these people, nor does my mother, but I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank You, Jennifer and Rockingham Toyota, you made buying a car a pleasant experience.. He is very knowledgeable about the product he sells, but does not come across as pushy or patronizing. He answered all our questions and very effectively sold the vehicle.
