Yesterday, I leased my second Toyota in three years from Rockingham Toyota. I was at the dealership for five hours yesterday and Everyone I spoke to was friendly and smiled a genuine smile. I chose not to sit in the waiting area for my new car to be financed and ready to roll. I felt so comfortable that I mingled with the staff in the showroom. Bob Stabile patiently sat with me and reviewed every detail of my new Camry and put my mind at ease when I expressed my fear and concern of not being able to learn how to use the hi-tech electronic equipment in the vehicle. He walked me through every step and assured me that I could do this. Trust me, I am not easily trained when it comes to learning how to use hi-tech functions. But, this is my second day driving this vehicle, and I feel like a pro ! I also feel like a movie star driving around in my shiny white Toyota Camry !!! Upon my arrival I met with Bob Stabile. I had several options regarding purchasing a new, used or keeping my current vehilce. It didn't seem to matter if I bought anything or not, Bob took the time rega options regarding purchasing a new, used or keeping my current vehilce. It didn't seem to matter if I bought anything or not, Bob took the time regardless of what my decision would be to make me feel comfortable as our discussions began. Bob took the time to find out my needs and likes for a vehicle, my budget and explained available options and services that were available to me through Rockingham Toyota. Bob's knowledge of the vehicles we looked at was excellent and it helped me in deciding to purchase that day! All this time there was never any pressure and i felt like I was teated in a professional and courteous manner. I also noticed when I ran into other personel at the dealship that they seemed like they enjoyed the work they do and they never made me feel like I was in the way. Once I decided to purchase, Bob kept me informed of progress being made regarding finacial and prep details of my vehicle. I also liked meeting Jonathan Pavnick in the finance office. I really liked the fact that Johathan had several finance options and plans set up for my review and also took the time to answer additional questions that I had not thought of when I spoke with Bob! Also important... My purchase was within my budget! I do feel a lot of effort was put into making the purchase possible by Bob, Johathan and other employee's that I did not have the chance to meet and I want to thank everyone for their efforts.
