Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answered all questions, and provided information without being pushy or pressuring us into anything. It was as painless a car-buying experience as anyone could have hoped for. The only glitch was a miscommunication about whether or not we would be able to take the car home the same day, but that boiled down to some confusion about buying out of state and transferring plates. In the end, we were still very happy with our experience and thankful for the ease of the process and friendly faces along the way. More

Great Car-Buying Experience I needed a new car, but was dreading the process. Jennifer in Sales was outstanding! She really believes in the product so she doesn't resort to high pressure tactics. She explained all of the options available and which ones made the most sense for me. Pricing, including my trade-in, was quick and fair. On to Finance where again I was more than pleasantly surprised. Frank was wonderful to work with, very transparent, showing me what different lenders offered. He setup an appointment to view the vehicle with me the next day. He was knowledgeable, honest, and overall just pleasant to work with. Also, the pre-owned Tacoma was exactly as advertised and in fantastic condition with detailed service records. They had records of everything they invested in parts to bring it up to their standards when going out on the lot. Price was fair compared to other trucks in a similar condition and I felt happy with the price ended up paying. I had one small hiccup with a few small stains on the truck (no fault of theirs due to the bugs the previous night). When Rob saw the car was not spotless, he insisted on re-detailing it before I took it off the lot. Little gestures like that and the overall ease of the rest of the process are why I plan on doing business with them in the future. Also, Derrick in finance was awesome to work with too. Helped go through the loan process quickly and answered any and all questions I had. More
