Awesome experience!! The lease was up on my 2015 Camry. Bob had stayed in touch the whole duration of my lease. He would email once in a while to let me know if I needed anything he was available. Thanks to how reliable and well built my 2015 Camry was, I never needed him. I asked Bob to run some numbers and scheduled a time to come in and discuss my options at lease end. I went in and Bob took care of me. Once he showed me my options I took my 2017 for a ride. We did the paperwork, talked about monthly payments and next thing you know I was in the business office with Gene. Gene is very good at what he does. He is so welcoming and down to earth that I never felt pressured to buy anything extra or like I wasn't buying enough. In fact, he treated me with class and dignity while expediting the paperwork. My appointment with Bob was at 2pm. I left with my packet of paperwork from Gene's office just before 5pm. So the whole process including a 20 minute test drive took around 3 hours. If your not buying a Toyota here you are missing out. I will continue to purchase my vehicles here working with this fantastic team. As an aside, the service team was awesome with my 2015. I had my no cost oil changes and tire rotations scheduled and Camry serviced here during my lease. I never had an issues. They are professional and informative. The service/sales facility is modern, up to date and clean. The kids have a play room, there is a quiet room for reading and plenty of free snacks. More

Wonderful experience! Rockingham Toyota has been the place that my family has always purchased the cars we've had. After getting into a car accident that totaled my car, I Rockingham Toyota has been the place that my family has always purchased the cars we've had. After getting into a car accident that totaled my car, I decided that I had to buy a new car and I wasn't planning on buying a new car only a used but Brian somehow convinced me to get a brand new Toyota Corolla 2017 in a color I would have never thought to look into. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, meeting with me twice in the same weekend because I was indecisive. He even stayed extra time the day I had to pick up the car because I was running late. I greatly appreciated all of the help from Brian and both me and my mother/father are very happy with our decisions and couldn't thank him enough. Next time we choose to purchase another car we will definitely come back to Rockingham Toyota. If you head over there make sure you ask for Brian, he's great! PS.
