Jennifer was knowledgeable, personable, humorous, and sincere. She listened to me when I spoke and she answered my questions without ever being pushy or pressuring me to buy. She made it easy for me to buy the car I wanted at my own pace and she was at all times respectful of my needs and personality. I never once felt as though she was trying to take control and push the sale. This is what I like when I make any kind of a purchase, especially a big one, and I'm glad that I worked with her to buy my car. Obviously, I didn't have any mechanical work done because I was buying a new car, so I did not provide a rating for "Quality of Work." I got a very good first impression of the service department, however, because they did an excellent job cleaning and washing my new car after I bought it. Everyone else I met at the dealership was helpful and personable while also being very professional.
