Worked with Rick purchasing a wrangler that had a couple issues I noticed after purchase (spare tire bracket needed to fixed and needed a new tire due). He took care of everything with no hesitation. He was professional and straight forward from the get go and told me everything to expect about the loan process. I told him I'd be coming up the next day to look at a 2012 Nissan Armada, my absolute dream car, and from the moment my husband and I walked in the door it was so easy and comfortable and outstanding. He ran my credit which wasnt the greatest and when I got approved he helped us figure out a game plan and told me what I needed for down payment to take her home. I was able to get my ducks in a row and I drove my new baby home THAT AFTERNOON!! Its been 5 days and I still help but show her off and smile everytime I get in and out of it. We went up today to deal with some follow up paperwork and to go get the new inspection sticker, which they took care of, and when we mentioned about the only issue in the whole thing is the heat is blowing cold he told us he was calling the shop he was sending up to that they use and telling him to diagnose that problem so we could get it figured out asap. We went to the shop and the owner there was just as amazing, they diagnosed the most likely solution and I bring it back in a couple days to get it fixed. It just shows that they have high standards about how they run their business, and for the other businesses that they associate with themselves. I have pretty much decided that these are the people that I will continue to go through and do business with from here on out when it comes to my families vehicles and I will be referring anyone who asks to them also. My cousin has already gone and gotten a new truck from them also! Overall I truly could be more impressed or thrilled with everything from the start and they made it possible for me to get my dream care that is not only impressive in features but is safe and reliable for my family.
