I felt like I was taken advantage of because every time my service advisor returned to me the price kept going up. I was aware there would be a $249.00 diagnostic fee which would go towards the price of th my service advisor returned to me the price kept going up. I was aware there would be a $249.00 diagnostic fee which would go towards the price of the repair if I decided get it fixed. I was advised what the problem was and that the part would be $200-$250 so told them to fix. Came back to me after I authorized the repair and was told the part was $400.00. So I decided to leave and pay the $249.00 diagnostic fee and then was told it would be $315.00 because they spent extra time on. it. So I decided to get it fixed because at this point I felt stuck and they knew it. What was supposed to $375.00 fix turned out costing me $625.00! My service advisor said I even looked to see if I had any coupons to apply to this for you and I'm sorry I don't. So I left the dealership very unhappy and I felt that the entire event was bait and switch from beginning to end. When I arrived home I decided to look on their website and low and behold there was a $50.00 coupon that could have been used but I trusted his word...he LIED! and why am I surprised? And it wasn't even the $50.00 at this point it was the lie. A day later I received an satisfaction email from Dayniel Alfonso, Service Director stating "If anything about your visit didn’t exceed your expectations, please let me know and I will do all I can to resolve your issue." So I called him twice left messages explaining all of the above. Did he ever call back NO, so what does that tell you about this dealership nothing good. I waited almost two weeks to write this thinking I might get a call back from the Service Director but when I didn't it was time to start typing. We bought a truck from CC CDJR and my car was purchased at Galeana but thought I'd give this dealerhip my service business but going forward I'll be headed back to CDJR of Fort Myers unless Dayniel Alfonso decides to make this right as he promised in his email and return my calls. Very sad that they have no self respect... More
