The service knew the recall dilemma and was not up front. One the prior service i was told 'you can drive it is safe...' Well NIHTSA does not seem to think so, especially if raining a/o towing. No communication whatsoever, basically I was the one that needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they needed to call the dealership to request updates, I had to get in contact with the warranty company to find out what was happening thinking that they were no approving the claims, what I found out was that they were trying to reach out the advisor but were unable to reach her out. While I understand that I'm not the only customer the fact is that communication is the key when dealing with customers. More
