My car was messed up during an oil change so I brought it in to be looked over and have anything fixed. They were able to repair my jeep but unfortunately didn’t disclose verbally the 3% charge for using a c in to be looked over and have anything fixed. They were able to repair my jeep but unfortunately didn’t disclose verbally the 3% charge for using a card to me. This was a problem as another company was reimbursing me for the repairs and I was stuck with a $130 charge. I tried to reach out to discover why the amount was different than the paper stated and was never given the answer after they were supposed to look into it. More
