They got me right in and the part that was supposed to arrive on monday, arrived on Friday and they put it in the vehicle as quickly as possible. Worst experience I ever had. Car was trashed at time of pickup. Two screws pushed into leather interior. Two oil spots on passenger seat. Inside trunk cover was not put back in p Car was trashed at time of pickup. Two screws pushed into leather interior. Two oil spots on passenger seat. Inside trunk cover was not put back in place. Oil / gunk substance was on the exterior door. Car had a ceramic coat which was ruined (ate into) by a chemical the detailer applied during my initial complaint. Not to mention that the computer was flashed when told not to this wiping out my custom tune. Had to redownload and calibrate at the performance shop 2 hours away. I had to do a couple paint corrections and apply another ceramic coat. Cost impact was significant. Service manager gave me a card with a number he never answered. Called multiple times in multiple days and always got a voicemail. Called the dealer and got a second number to contact him. Messages left were never returned! More

This is the worst dealership in Cape. Coral evolved in 2017 grand Cherokee and they robbed me blind $2000 in dealer fees. The salesman lied to me and the general manager.
