Lisa was amazing. Now the diagnostic not so good. I was told i needed a new alternator ($1500)... the warranty didnt accept it so i decided to get second opinion. Alte Now the diagnostic not so good. Had 2 other shops test the alternator and it checked out good. Makes me think if the other stuff that was repaired was diagnosed properly. Again, lisa was great.
