Lisa stepped up to ensure that my drop off for service of several recalls was efficient. I can’t say the same for the majority of the guys working in the service department, but Lisa turned what was almost a several recalls was efficient. The service advisor I was assigned would not return a call. After four calls and demanding to speak with him or any other person instead of leaving a message, he informed me he would rather text. The advisor gave me an estimated date of completion (3.5 weeks) but the vehicle was finished a week early. The adviser never notified me that the part arrived earlier than expected or that the vehicle would be completed earlier than expected. What complicated my situation was that I live more than two hours away and that I would have to plan a trip to return the rental and pick up my vehicle. I was called by another employee and asked to pick up my car that morning or I may be charged for the rental. I drove down the next morning and was told they don’t turn over repaired vehicles on Sundays. After explaining the situation, they gave me the keys to my vehicle and told me I needed to wander the lot (which is big) and find my vehicle. I will conclude by saying that this was definitely a poor experience compared to the ones I have had with my home dealership!!! More
