After service my car interior had grease on the arm rest and glove box door. This is the second time this has happened and management was advised both times. Went to have my oil changed at the express lane which took 3 hours and 30 minutes. Not so express in my opinion. Genuinely the best experience working with Mike in the service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you service department. Going to a dealership can be such a difficult task on the to do list especially when sales representatives often try to sell you anything and everything or worse when the service team speak down to you or is unkind. This is absolutely not the case here, I have never been more pleasantly surprised. And my Jeep has had its fair share of issues so I’ve been here A LOT this year. The entire service team has been very kind, efficient, and trustworthy. I’m really grateful to have found a place where having my Jeep taken care of doesn’t make me dread taking it in.
