Trying to sell me $130 windshield wipers. ...c'mon man! Telling me my battery was dead and would cost $420 to replace when I just drove it here? Plus when I purchased my truck 2.5 years ago I bought the platinum warranty because the sales manager at the time told me it covered exterior dents and scratches, now this service guy is telling me it doesn't so either the sales manager lied to me or the service guy doesn't know how to read a warranty, either way I'm pissed and will go elsewhere when it's time to buy a new truck.
