Waited about 15 minutes for someone to assist me in dropping off vehicle outside. Upon getting in my vehicle after it was serviced there was a plastic hair net left on passenger side floor and a part p dropping off vehicle outside. Upon getting in my vehicle after it was serviced there was a plastic hair net left on passenger side floor and a part piece that was not put back where it belonged. Finally, prices for service that was determined needed to be done were way too outrageous to allow to have vehicle serviced there. Definitely will not be back! More

Horrible service. Per the invoice the car was ready to pick up on Friday but was told to come in on a Saturday to pick up the vehicle but no one could find the key or Per the invoice the car was ready to pick up on Friday but was told to come in on a Saturday to pick up the vehicle but no one could find the key or the tech that was working on the car. Ended up paying about $600 for diagnostics and an oil change. The oil was never changed. After some arguing got reimbursed for the oil change that never happened. Never going back to this place again. More

The wait times are horrible they do not contact you back and they do mediocre work. I would not buy from them either because they overpriced all their cars with hemi in them by $30-$50,000. Express Lane? ?? I inquired about the wait in the express lane and was told that i would need an appt for an oil change for my oil change plan that i had previous ?? I get there early to drop off jeep for appt. CANNOT get anyone to come take my phone number to check me in. The porter was nice but he couldn't check me in. 35 mins later, an advisor (mike) training a new employee come out very disgusted that I had to wait so long just to get helped. I do appreciate that from him. He promised to get my vehicle done soon as possible and was realistic in the time frame. I don't know who mike is but I believe your entire team should follow his example of customer service. I hope the young man he was training picks up in his customer skills. thank you More
