The complete and utter disregard for peoples time and money is disgusting. The dealership had my vehicle for over seven weeks. The first time I was called and told that it was done they realize that they money is disgusting. The dealership had my vehicle for over seven weeks. The second time I was called my check engine light was on when I got there to pick up the vehicle. The communication is absolutely terrible. The amount of money that I had to spend on rental car fees due to the lack of communication is just disgusting Ron Torres makes promises to return phone calls and you never hear from him. Obie should not even have a job there. Someone needs to come in and look at this department. More

This was my first time in for service after purchasing a new $70000 Jeep Rubicon. I pulled up in the "Express Lane" for an oil change and tire rotation at 2:15pm. The two service associates checking vehicles in had near-zero customer service skills and didn't seem to have any interest in working or setting any type of expectation as to when my vehicle would be checked in. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing no one checking vehicles in I asked both of them if this type of wait is normal. They were sitting on stools. They looked down, nodded and replied yes. I asked if anyone aside from the one other person I saw is working to check vehicles in. One of them said other people are working and know there are vehicles outside waiting. I waited 30 minutes in the "Express Lane" until someone qualified to simply check my vehicle in came out. The body language and overall lack of verbal communication skills of the staff was terrible. I didn’t like sitting in my car 30 minutes before checking in for oil change. Usually they check you in on arrival and you wait inside.
