This dealership was able to resolve an issue that I could not figure out the cause of but for an outrageous price. I was charged nearly $400 to add a single gallon of coolant to my Jeep. Maybe not the best time to fill out the survey but car has been there for over 24 days for repair with no end in sight. I am the one who has to keep calling for any updates. Apparently having trouble gett has been there for over 24 days for repair with no end in sight. I am the one who has to keep calling for any updates. Apparently having trouble getting the parts for repair. Also dealing with the Chrysler customer care. Very frustrating to have this issue with a brand new vehicle. I would hope it would be a priority fix for Jeep and the dealership but do not have a sense that it’s urgent for either. Wondering if I need to scrap my whole lease or get a replacement. More
