Dealer has improved a bit; however, they need to work on check-in process, arrived through Oil Lane Express with only 2 cars ahead and no one acknowledged me for nearly 30-35 minutes, also another issue is check-in process, arrived through Oil Lane Express with only 2 cars ahead and no one acknowledged me for nearly 30-35 minutes, also another issue is that they deliver the car with technician oily handprints on door and hood, even oil spillage on the engine cover, that is sloppy, otherwise oil change and tire rotation was done and finally got a report showing they inspected vehicle, the last few times I went they didn't provide a multipoint inspection. The reason why I go to this dealer is due to logistics, I've issues in the past. More
