Since I am being hounded for a review- I brought my vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given an estimate, in which I waited 3 days to have been sent to me directly for documentation purposes. My estimate amount and what I agreed to pay changed from the time I spoke to my representative and when I picked up my vehicle. (In which they did honor the amount I agreed to pay but changes in cost were not explained at all) When my vehicle was brought up from the service department after being there for a week my hood was not latched (when they handed me my keys to drive away!) and the engine cover had not been replaced nor had the code been cleared for the check engine light. I will never return to the Cape Coral location nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
Service was fine. No one greeted me at the express lane for 25 minutes. I had to go in to find someone. Move from front to back and didn’t help (both times). I have a pink Jeep so I’m pretty visible. Also, I have an open recall (clutch) and it wasn’t mentioned. More
I made my appointment online and apparently the guy that they made the appointment with was no longer there. I had waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged at my vehicle in the service bay. The only minor issue was when I arrived to drop off the vehicle, no one acknowledged me for about 15 minutes. A simple "someone will be with you" as several employees walked past would. have been nice. I took my van in for repair of inside panel in the rear of cargo area this is used to store the charging cord it has been in for this repair 2 times the first time they had to order a part.
