Since I am being hounded for a review- I brought my vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given vehicle in for basic repairs a fuel injector and spark plugs. After going back and forth about the warranty I purchased not being honored I was given an estimate, in which I waited 3 days to have been sent to me directly for documentation purposes. My estimate amount and what I agreed to pay changed from the time I spoke to my representative and when I picked up my vehicle. (In which they did honor the amount I agreed to pay but changes in cost were not explained at all) When my vehicle was brought up from the service department after being there for a week my hood was not latched (when they handed me my keys to drive away!) and the engine cover had not been replaced nor had the code been cleared for the check engine light. I will never return to the Cape Coral location nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
Need more help in the service department. Waited twenty minutes just to get someone to check me in. Fine after that. I just think you need more help out there. I’ve had at least two recalls that should’ve been taken care of with our first oil change that weren’t and I don’t understand why because you keep sending me texts about him and we were there and you didn’ care of with our first oil change that weren’t and I don’t understand why because you keep sending me texts about him and we were there and you didn’t do it. I am very mad about this and I have to wait till the next oil change since we live in our way. More
They tried to charge me for each diagnostic. Meaning if I suspected 3/4 things wrong with my vehicle they were trying to charge me $150 or what ever the diagnostic fee was. I told them that does Meaning if I suspected 3/4 things wrong with my vehicle they were trying to charge me $150 or what ever the diagnostic fee was. I told them that doesn’t make since I’m no mechanic. I can only speculate what I think is wrong, but that’s why you have a machine to check out my whole truck. If it wasn’t for me telling them what I thought was wrong. I don’t think they would have done what needed to done. Furthermore I asked multiple times to check my sunroof and they refused telling me my leak is from this very small crack on the inside plastic of my vehicle. I’m no mechanic but gravity runs down and water stains are above that crack. Why not just check it? Because they wanted another Diagnostic fee More
It was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Your service advisor Amardeep was great. He answered all my questions and was very professional. With only 1 car, that wasn't accepted with appreciation. You did great and I will be back if and when needed. Thanks More
My requests (to disconnect the battery and/or pull the appropriate fuse to shut off the electronics) were ignored (car could not be turned off, which led to complete discharge of all batteries, leading to appropriate fuse to shut off the electronics) were ignored (car could not be turned off, which led to complete discharge of all batteries, leading to more damage). It was sitting in the parking lot at least until Monday, untouched and by that time the batteries were of course deep discharged. Followed by very slow service, could not get a rental "until warranty repair confirmed" which was almost a week later. This is our only car, and by that time I had gotten a rental car myself, which at this time of year is much more than the $40 a day Chrysler "allots". Bottom line: the diagnosis "dead battery" as the cause of the problem is a construct. The car was completely "frozen", electronically and mechanically, all 4 wheels were locked, lights on, displays brightly lit, could neither be driven nor turned off, and the display said "hybrid system needs service", "transmission needs service" and "emergency brake engaged automatically", plus all kinds of warning bells going off. All the while draining the batteries. Hybrid battery is not delivering the full range now, and the "car battery" had to be replaced only because it was allowed to completely discharged due to negligence. Very disappointed. My letter to Mr. Ganzi asking for support (including support to return the car to Chrysler because we now don't trust the quality and the software any more (it's a lemon!) - we had far too many problems already - was completely ignored. We bought the car at the dealership! Amazon gives me better service for a $ 5 purchase! I need to finish with a positive: Sundie from the phone center was helpful beyond any expectations (read my letter, Mr. Ganzi). More
