They assured us would be ok only to get a flat tire 2 days later and trying to get to tire shop on weekend ruined tire. Service department has no clue who does what. Paperwork never said plugged tire so thinking just forgot and didn't care. Cost me over $450 for their stupidity on a holiday weekend. Totally unacceptable and to say will be ok versus come in real quick we'll take a look is sad. More

The said bring the truck in on September the 2nd and we will take care of it, when I arrived they said the fault is not there today, so we cannot do anything about it. I said to them I have explained to you that it is an intermittent fault do you not understand what intermittent means. More

I'm a landscaper, arrived as 1st car before 7:30am. Was 1st car in to diagnose a transmission problem for which they charge more than $200 to do. I waited and waited and after an hour and a half and Was 1st car in to diagnose a transmission problem for which they charge more than $200 to do. I waited and waited and after an hour and a half and CLEARLY pacing around the man who's supposed to prepare my paperwork as he services several others already, but he failed to even want to acknowledge me to reassure me or nothing. So now TWO (2) hours go by and I just go sit in his office and still he has to finish someone else's stuff first. Then finally gets to me to tell me that the transmission computer doesn't match up. Well that doesn't, let me say it again, DOES NOT take 2 hours to figure out. He says the problem with the transmission and it's going to be more than $4000 to fix. Now get this, I just bought this car from you guys less than a year ago, overpaid because I was in need and didn't even put 5000 miles on it and now you want to charge me $4000 more. Bottom line, I don't believe it. If he had come to me 30 minutes later and said something and paid attention to my needs to get to work and mow lawns, that I'm a working guy, then I wouldn't be this upset. But by the time he came back, I was done. Let me tell you a true story about another dealership. I damaged the only key I had on an Expedition. Called this dealership said I had to have bring car towed to them, which I did. Then Sat in their waiting room for about 90 minutes where he comes to say "The computer doesn't match up and needs to be replaced" Upon which I called a friend who called a friend who's a mobile locksmith. I tell him my car is through the gates in their service waiting area. He arrives, 10 minutes later he starts my car and give me a key and charged me $80. So you did the same thing. And worse though you charged me for my time. There you asked for a review More
