Reason for bring the truck in, Recall on the air bags. After picking up truck AIR BAG light on after driving it with in 5 minutes. I never had a issue with this, My truck is 19 years old and garage kept since 2004, I have heard every excuse from Dodge and also with trying to charge me for fixing this problem, Service department said the problem was with my seat belt, then it was the Clock spring behind the air bag, Then some part behind the radio, Then a broken wire in the harness. To deal with your Service department was a huge disappointment to me. I had to make 7 different trips for the same issue, plus additional trips to find out what was going on with my truck do to little to no call backs. one time when I call they said the truck was ready for pick up. I was there with in 30 minutes for pick up. i check in at the service reception they said the truck was on a test drive ??? so i waited, i witness when the truck pulled in from that test drive, the driver got out and walked A Chick-fil-A milk shack for the girl behind the counter, then found out my truck air bag light was still on. Once again i had to leave it. I have bought 3 new trucks from Dodge, and planning on buying a new truck with in 2023. I may be looking at Ford now after this run around and being spoken to, like I'm an idiot. I don't expect Any thing to come out of this but you should know why i will be looking into a Ford Vehical

Had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get a 20 minute oil change, had to minor interior warranty items to look at. No can do, but they will make a different appointment because oil change guys are smart enough to do More
