Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

It took an hour and a half to have service for a recall on it. When I asked exactly what was wrong with it I was told don't worry we took care of it. I also asked how I could find out my oil percentage an on it. When I asked exactly what was wrong with it I was told don't worry we took care of it. I am very unhappy with the customer service from Cape Coral Dodge. More

They said an oil change would be performed and tires would be rotated. They did not do either seven minutes later this said the vehicle was ready.
