I had a tire issue and I also have tire coverage. When I called service on Monday Aug 1 in the morning I had to leave a voicemail and expected to get a call back. No call back at all on Monday so I called again on Tuesday and explained to the front desk that I left a message on Monday and never received a call back. She took my name and number and I was expecting a call later that day. No call back on Tues so my husband left a message Tues afternoon. Finally called me back and I was told it would be 15 days to get me in unless they had a cancellation. I was called back Wed and I was told they had a cancellation for Friday. When I got there I was informed that I could have come in anytime because a tire is part of the express service. Why wasn’t I told this when I called ? I think service writers need more training and learn how to answer and return phone calls. I was also told that I didn’t have warranty but after 30 minutes they came back and said that I did. So finally tire was changed and I had to pay $107.00 not sure for what but I was just glad to be out of there. Not impressed with service at all More
