The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a car dealership. I’m aware that the expectations are low, but this really set the tone. I checked in on time and had a great experience with Carlos. I then left to run some errands while my truck was getting the oil and fuel filter change, a few hours later Carlos called and said my truck was ready. Once I got back to the dealership, I waited 45 min before anyone would even speak to me about checking out. I stood in front of the counter and listened to the 5 or 6 “customer service” representatives trash talk every single customer they spoke to on the phone (mind you not a single one even acknowledged me standing there). Once I finally checked out, I get to my truck which was parked way out in the parking lot, not even brought up for me, and it hadn’t been detailed or even washed as OFFERED with my service. Very disappointed. To spend $85k on a truck, $800 on service, and receive this type of customer service is completely absurd. More
