Words can not fully describe the frustration and anger I feel about your dealership. I know for sure November 2021 when I plan on purchasing a 2500 or 3500 I will not even consider your dealership as a viab feel about your dealership. I know for sure November 2021 when I plan on purchasing a 2500 or 3500 I will not even consider your dealership as a viable option. All they cared about was what maintenance I did not do with them not finding and fixing the problem. FYI I changed the spark plugs myself with the same brand of plugs that were in the truck when I purchased it. I also put in the weight of oil that is printed on the oil cap not the fancy expansive oil you think my vehicle needs. Took my truck to LaBelle Dodge and they diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes and fixed the truck by end of day. No more noise. Also had them do a coolant flush which my manual says is due at 150000 miles. Did it at 130000 which is 20000 sooner. It was so nice to have a mechanic that actually took the time to go for a test drive and to actually show me the inspection process he did to find the issue a broken Manifold bolt. I am sure your employees are utilizing and applying your the dealerships training and sales techniques to maximize profits. $$ $ More
This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Prior to my arrival I replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter with new ones that I purchased at to. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Prior to my arrival I replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter with new ones that I purchased at Advance Auto. When the service advisor came to tell me that my vehicle was finished. He told me that after the multi-point inspection my vehicle needed an air filter and a cabin filter. I asked him if they physically checked those two filters and he stated yes they did, they are both dirty and need to be changed. I then proceeded to tell him that I just changed both of those filters an hour before arriving at the dealer. He just said they need to be changed and walked away from me. I can only imagine how many people especially senior citizens might be being told similar things and having unnecessary work performed on their vehicles by this dealership. It is a shame because it is a beautiful dealership and the owner seems like a nice guy. Unfortunately this is very dishonest and I don't think I will ever be going to that dealership again. Later on in the day I did speak with the service department manager. He did acknowledge and apologize but that doesn't take away from the fact that it happened and probably does on a regular basis. I would not go there for service ever again I don't even know if I really have synthetic oil in my car at this point they might have used conventional oil. More
