Made an appointment to get 2 recalls fixed. Was told there are actually 3. They send me on my way, believing my recalls will be fixed. When I’m contacted to pick up my vehicle, I am then told they have there are actually 3. They send me on my way, believing my recalls will be fixed. When I’m contacted to pick up my vehicle, I am then told they have to order parts to complete 2 of 3 issues. REALLY?! What’s the point of making an appointment?! It’s an inconvenience to get repairs done in the first place, especially when it’s a recall. So inconvenience me twice by not having the parts you knew you needed at the time the original appointment was made. It’s a Jeep. You sell and repair Jeeps. You are aware they are recalled. You don’t have the parts? What?! Idiotic to say the least. I could go on and on, but you’ve wasted enough of my time already. More

Juan Flores is one of the service managers there at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and he's relatively new at the time of this review. After having been there a few times, Juan can often be found st Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and he's relatively new at the time of this review. After having been there a few times, Juan can often be found standing outside where we pull our vehicles in greeting customers and watching his employees and how they interact with the customers. I've met with Juan on a few occasions and he's a genuinely nice guy who seems to really care about his clientele. He has a very peaceable personality, is soft-spoken, and tends to very easily bring calm to whatever situation he's contending with. As a customer, it's easier for me to have faith in a dealership that has managers standing out on the service lines, overseeing employees, and doing his best to ensure good customer service. I can't ask for more from anyone so I'm completely satisfied with this dealership and the service I receive when taking my vehicle in. More

Did not honor Ram warranty. You had to drive 3 hrs each way north to get my Ram 2500 repaired under manufacturers warranty.
