Bought a Jeep from a different dealership a couple months ago. Drove really smooth for the first month, then it started to have some problems like idling rough, shifting hard, making weird clunking noises, a ago. Drove really smooth for the first month, then it started to have some problems like idling rough, shifting hard, making weird clunking noises, and wouldn't accelerate without slamming down the gas pedal. I'm no mechanic, but you don't have to be to know there is clearly something wrong. I was told by the Cape Coral dealership that it runs and operates as intended. Not sure why they wouldn't look into it any further. Maybe warranty work doesn't pay that well, so they decided to skip this one. Maybe it sat in the parking lot overnight and they never looked at it at all. I don't think they even drove it or they would have noticed all the issues I listed. I'm going to take it to another mechanic. Hopefully one that's more willing to help people. More

Warranty issue. The third scheduled appointment we were there 1/2 hour early for a 2 o'clock appointment and for a half hour job they wanted me to leave it for the next day. I was offered a car wash after my oil change and tire rotation. However when I picked up the Jeep it wasn't washed and all the plastic/paper from the seat coverings were left inside. I would have given rotation. However when I picked up the Jeep it wasn't washed and all the plastic/paper from the seat coverings were left inside.
