Your recommendation that I replace front brake pads for $348.61 was not only premature but priced to gouge. In my career I managed the entire fleet of vehicles for Lee County Electric Cooperative so I have some point of reference as to when repairs are needed and what would be a reasonable price. I had hoped there was finally a dealership I could trust for fair and honest work. But, same old, same old. More
Clean,quick,friendly I had to have a transmission shifter cable replaced on my new Thor Tellaro camper van. When greeted at the service entrance i told the attendant that I was there for an oil change appointment. I was sent inside and the woman behind the counter asked for my id. I found this strange for an oil change but I complied anyways. She then hands me back my ID and asked me if my title was under someone else’s name. I told her I was here for an oil change and she sent me back out to my car. I waited at my car then a man named Chris came out to check in my vehicle. He brought me inside once again and had me sit down at his desk. He then started doing computer work as I sat there in silence for several minutes until I finally ask him what he was doing, he replied with “well you nerd a work order don’t you?” I made the appointment online, stating exactly what I wanted to have done. An oil change, that’s it! So why he felt it necessary for me to sit at his desk I’ll never know. When I questioned him about the buy 2 get 2 free oil changes he told me he didn’t know and was new there. This was my 3rd oil change there. The first time was excellent. Second time they put the incorrect oil in my car and had to take it back, then this was my 3rd and most likely my last visit here. Bad customer service. Chris was not friendly and not at all apologetic for the bad experience. More

Service I have had a terrible experience here twice now. This time I picked my Jeep up and drove around the circle and my brakes still squeaked. I drove back under to ask a question and all the service people standing around while I waited for the person in the office to help me. After 10 minutes of waiting I had other things I had to do. It is the same problem I had the first time I brought my Jeep in to the Cape Coral dealership. Service does not respect my time! When I go there I am on there time. More
