long waits and tried to do add ons The department was slow waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change and tire plug/patch. Then they had to move the vehicle to "Full" service for factory recalls that took another hour. After all this they wanted me to sign papers that showed dollars owed but in small print said warranty. If its warranty the invoice should read 0$. More
Service engine light came on due to a fan issue, turns out it was for a recall. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I dropped my car off later in the day and they checked my car in and told m out it was for a recall. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The service rep I met with contacted me the next morning that they needed to order the part and my car would be done the following day. I was contacted the next day by the service representative that they received the piece and my car would be done shortly. I was informed of some maintenance things that could be done if I wanted, and was sent a list as well as prices on these things which I declined at the time of service. It was so refreshing to not be given the sales pitch and feeling pressured to get things done to my vehicle that were not the presenting issue. I was able to pick my car up later in the day. Quick and efficient process. I would absolutely utilize this dealership for service again. More
Came for a airbag service light. They had to do some updates to fix it. Problem seems taken care of, unfortunately I had to wait for almost 4 hours for it to be taken care of. Did not fix the problem,but charged me as such I brought my dodge truck in to have a wiring problem fixed, I thought. They supposedly fixed the problem. The problem was that when I hooked up my tra I brought my dodge truck in to have a wiring problem fixed, I thought. They supposedly fixed the problem. The problem was that when I hooked up my trailer I had no right turn signal lights. After Hannah called me she said she had good news and bad. She told me it was only a fuse and the bad was that my warranty wouldn't cover it. The bill $171.00. I asked Hannah if they gave a military discount and she said to wait a minute and she went and talked to her supervisor. When she came back she showed me the discount and the bill and it was a heavy discount. The bill went down to $116.07. That was great, however when I went to hook up the trailer the right turn signals didn't work. The technician changed the left turn signal fuse and stopped there. After I checked the other fuses the Right turn signal fuse was blown too. They failed to check that one also. Since I brought the vehicle in for a problem with the right turn signal on the trailer you would think they would have checked the right turn signal fuse but no they changed the left turn signal fuse instead. I had to figure the problem out myself after paying Cape Coral Dodge $116.07 for nothing. Hannah also said she would have them reset my oil gage which was not done also. More
