The reason for my visit was to change the 2 fuel filters on my diesel RAM 2500 and upon getting in my truck, it had a very strong smell of raw diesel fuel. The tech took no precautions to ensure that fuel wasn't dumped all over the frame and drivetrain resulting in fuel visibly dripping from under the truck when I picked it up. I feel like my truck was serviced as if it was a dump truck or fleet truck instead of a luxury "city truck". Diesel fuel is not a pleasant smell and it also attracts dirt and grime anywhere its spilled.. My suggestion is to coach your tech's to take more care and have pride in providing service as if it was their vehicle.. More

Service advisor was not very nice. I was sent from carmax and they set up appointment, upon arrival noone knew how to handle the payment. I was told on several occasions they would not release my vehicle to and they set up appointment, upon arrival noone knew how to handle the payment. I love this dealership, however when I get my vehicles serviced, they can never seem to find the paperwork at the cashier's desk. Issue arose when at home I noticed a maintenance item (brake fluid) was highlighted as needing immediate attention, also it was not clear as to why it required attention - I would have thought that this would have been brought to my attention before I picked the car up so that it could be addressed then? As a result I had to make another appointment and bring the car back again which was not very convenient. I have had other work done at this location but without any issues. I will continue to have my vehicle maintained here but will have to review the paperwork in much more detail. Improved communications would go a long way to help insure I know what is going on with the vehicle. More

Work performed was 12V battery check, upon return vehicle was washed and charged as promised, but whoever the service person was didn't do a good job. The carpet needed to be removed for this service, it was not returned to its previous state and was bowed everywhere. I had to tuck it back in to the door sill and smoothen it out myself entirely. There were black marks from shoes or something else dirty on the kick plate which I needed to clean myself too. Again I'm very happy with the service advisor, but not with the actual work performed by the technician. More
