Takes a long time, There should be a 'Maybe' button I had my Jeep serviced there. This was the 2nd time I came there for the same problem. This time they found the issue. They said the work would be com I had my Jeep serviced there. This was the 2nd time I came there for the same problem. This time they found the issue. They said the work would be completed in 2 days, it took over 2 weeks. After some questions about the Rental car situation, Brian made sure that I wouldn't be responsible for something that wasn't my fault. Otherwise, I would have been livid. After getting the Jeep back, I still felt something was wrong. I took it to a local mechanic, and they found that something wasn't tightened correctly around the sway bar. This is the 3rd time that my Jeep took far longer than it was supposed to, and the 2nd time that there was something still wrong when I got it back. They should mandate that mechanics test drive the vehicle before sending them back to the Service Managers. Brian made sure things were done right (from what he knew about), so that's why the rating wasn't lower. I'm questioning whether or not to go to a different dealership for my work from now on, as I have another Mopar vehicle as well. I would recommend increasing staffing and bring an Evaluator to explore and improve the Business Systems in the Service Department. More

They cover up their mistakes and lie to you and then expect you to just take it. Only thing I can say good about this dealership is that the facility is gorgeous; just wish the employees ranked this high. I am in the market for a new vehicle but this place won't get anymore of my business. I might be a senior citizen but I won't sit still when someone is trying to rip me off!
