Excellent people, one issue is we had an 8am appointment and they didn't look at our car until 4pm. The parts were ordered, a deficient part came in and delayed the repair for 2 more days. Ray the service department manager refused to give me a discount on my service when it was the dealerships fault. My time and inconvenience due to your alignment machine being broke.
