I got no phone call and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to tell me. Then I was told they were going to call me when it’s fixed. Never called. Will think twice about service at this dealership again. More

unsafe alignment.. Front end alignment,left loose bolts. Contacted service manager Raymond Powers at Cape Coral Chrysler 3 times and was promised refund . Empty promises very very poor customer service. Will contact Chrysler Customer service as my next step..Would NOT recommend this dealership even to top air up in tires. Dont know meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! One strange item, this is the 2nd time I have had my van in for service and the tire pressure was lower when I picked it up than when it went in. I now have the tire pressure warning light on because of 29 pound pressure in the rear tires.and I am getting email warning alerts about the low tire pressure. The first time I noticed it when I drove off the lot and returned,. and the tires were then inflated. This time I did not notice it until later and do not expect to return for the tires to be inflated, I'll do it myself. This time I reviewed the vehicle checkup report which states the tires are all inflated at 35 psi. None of the tires are at 35 psi, so it makes me wonder what else was not really checked. More
