I had my Jeep in 7 times to fix a Service Tire System warning and your service dept couldn’t do. I was charged 468.00 and the warning is still on. I was told that the tire sensors were changed in all fou warning and your service dept couldn’t do. I was charged 468.00 and the warning is still on. I was told that the tire sensors were changed in all four tires in which I paid for two. The fact is that what I wanted fixed still isn’t fixed. I was also told I would be contacted when the part came in. No call was received by me. More

routine maintenance I had a number of routine maintenance things done on my truck. The appointment was scheduled for the day after I called, which is phenomenal. Everyone there was courteous and very professional. All the things I asked to have done were performed. Hannah, the advisor was super. The only thing I have a slight problem with, is I was offered a wash of my vehicle, which was, for the most part good, but there were quite a few "love bugs" still in place. . .but my windshield washer was broken as a result of my visit. Do not know if it was during the multi-point check, or the truck wash afterwards, but was only noticed the next day when it was actually raining and I had to turn them on. The one wiper is obviously snapped off on one side and flops during use. I will be back in, probably Monday, to see about a new wiper. Otherwise great service More
